Coming up in two days, October 10th at 1pm Central US Time, it's a special live stream: Return to Spectral Tower! Using the recent translation from Yoshimanix, we will attempt to scale the 100 floor tower!

Disabled people deserve healthcare, housing, food and support. They deserve accommodations. They don’t deserve to be treated as “less than” because they can’t work. No one’s worth should be tied to productivity. Only the top 1% benefits from a system that leaves “non productive” people behind.

yeah I concur! gunstar heroes and guardian heroes are easily my favorite games of all time on their respective platforms. their shmups may be several leagues out of my skill level, but their action games rank among my all-time favorites.

just that whole era of early 80s animation like that has always fascinated me, it's just so cool looking! definitely bucking the trend of 'cartoons are just for kids' I can tell you that much. eventually want 'rock & rule' and 'fire and ice' someday as well.

pretty fun one! I did finally beat it a few years back on that first castlevania collection, though there was definitely some save-scumming involved. does a lot of neat things you don't see in many console games, like the split background thing in the one level!

rewatched the Ultima 4 episode, I still kinda want to find it! (kind of a sentimental one, one of my dad's former roommates was a gigantic D&D nerd and he had it! (also got me interested in fantasy stuff, but I digress.) the shopkeep in the 'honesty' town still sticks out in my mind to this day.

The fan favorite of the Brandish series was released on the PC-98 in 1994, and that's where it has stayed since. It may be getting an English patch in the future, but as of now this game has always been one of the best kept Falcom secrets on the PC-98. youtu.be/bA7K046_QUc
