A PC game based on the "Record of Lodoss War" series was released by Humming Bird Soft in 1988. The game sold well, and fans loved it, but is there still any enjoyment to be had from this dry old RPG today? youtu.be/1Ujof7gryhk

The very first Fist of the North Star game was actually a graphic adventure by Enix on the NEC PC-88! It was titled "Violence Gekiga Adventure", so you know it has gore! But is the game itself actually any good? ...or is it 'already dead'? youtu.be/ATqztvwvknc

Brandish 2 really was a perfect sequel to the first! While the abridged Super Famicom version arguably has better pacing, as usual, I played the original (complete) 1993 version on the PC-98. What makes it great? Come find out in the video! youtu.be/vS4ehCsggYc

According to the internet we all paid $649 for a Neo Geo and $699 for a 3DO. People like me who bought them used for much less later in the 90's just don't exist apparently. Oh no, I'm disappearing!

Being middle-aged, it's bad enough that the world I grew up in is disappearing. Now our written history is being gaslighted away by AI and younger generations. You've gotta mention these are Canadian prices! $88 for Killer Instinct? $95 for Illusion of Gaia? At least show me round numbers!
