With Project 2025 having gutted Medicaid and the ACA, this is the current state of healthcare at the state level. The worst states for poor people are in grey. They also have had Republican state legislatures since 2010. Elect as many Democratic Governors and state legislators as possible.

That the far-right lost the most seats in the Swedish election and lost the Portugal Presidential election makes me hopeful that the rise of right-wing populism in Europe isn't inevitable and may even have its limits. It would be great if right-wing populism declines in the USA too after Trump.
