If you speak Portuguese, I’ll blow your mind: we have a neutral pronoun. It’s a vestige from Latin’s neuter that got frozen inside a single word.
M: Esse, este, todo, aquELE
F: Essa, esta, toda, aquELA
N: Isso, isto, tudo, aquILO
Latin’s ille became ele, illa became ela, and illud became ilo! 🤯
