Here's the problem with buying a nice fancy keyboard that I love to type on: I now want to buy more nice fancy keyboards that I would love to type on. This is bad.

I used to use old cards as bookmarks and then leave them in the book when I finished it. Found this one in an old book today, and realized that I have absolutely no memory of this place.

While I didn't love the Odyssey, I do love that it inspired me to read Latin again! Today, read this letter to Tacitus where Pliny says if future generations care about them at all as writers, it will be due to their study, hard work and respect for those who come after.(Reverentia posteriorum)

Canadian Parliamentary Report from 1992 says the proposition of the neutrality of money is "one of the oldest and best established in the history of economic thought."

Also, hate to say it, but every word in her blistering review is correct. This, to my mind, is the central point as to why the moral of the film falls flat.

Or you can get the low salt variety. Apparently they've been doing this for 100 years, which I'm supposed to be impressed by, but it's just SALT AND POTATOES!

Pro tip no one asked for: to get back into writing, I got this new, fancy mechanical keyboard, and I'm telling you this thing is magic. I cannot walk by my desk without wanting to write a little, if only to hear those keys! I've written something every day since I got it.

Banks, the court said, were "dealers in credit". Distributing credit convertible into currency and usable in the place of circulating money is what banking is. Money creation is definitive of banking. I think the only time Canadian courts have accurately defined banks in Canadian law. /end

What federal power was the measure wrongfully impeding? not the powers over currency, promissory notes or legal tender. All of them are under exclusive federal jurisdiction. But the one the court felt this measure was infringing was the federal power over "Banks"! Banks! /

Could be I missed something! It's passages like these that I think are oversimplified. Money created by banks is not so simple. And without the first point, I worry you don't get to the second.
