Probably a bit too messy, but I've been playing around with #pixelart send ups to old pov dungeon crawlers. This one is hand sketched with a #NES palette and (almost the right) resolution, perspective, gradient mapping, and dithering. Like if Eye of the Beholder came out in the 80s.

It is weird that WoTC (outside of a few early 3e books) just revives TSR settings. TSR made a lot of mistakes (like making too many books at once) but you can't say they weren't creating interesting IPs. I guess that's a greater media issue, but it's still a bummer.
