The issue has two Breakthrough papers: JoGo, a human haplotype nomenclature and database, and So3D, a fully 3-dimensional spatial transcriptomics resource.

@adamsimpkin.bsky.social and Luc Elliott have been working so hard on this, originally an idea from Ronan Keegan. You can find Slice'N'Dice in the #CCP4 and @ccpem.bsky.social suites and there is a beautiful interface to it up and running in moorhen.org

Slice'N'Dice addresses the well-known issue that AlphaFold models are generally great at the domain level, but that the relative orientation of domains can differ in model and experimental structure.
