Been teaching myself Unreal and built this moody office scene while learning the basics of lighting, VFX, camera control, animation, cinematics, and blueprints. Wanted to make it feel convincingly cluttered and lived-in, which involved placing 600+ props by hand. Sound up for maximum atmosphere.

Apropos of nothing, I just had a war flashback to a fella in games PR requesting to follow me on Insta, and his entire "following" list was just other women in games, female streamers and models. No other men. Not exactly a crime, but also not exactly indicative of a man I'd trust to hold my drink!

This really resonates - when we did Overlode (100 yrs ago) I was worried we wouldn't get the pitches, and our goal would fall flat. We actually never struggled to find diverse talent in the freelance pot, it came so naturally because we weren't asking for credentials that minorities struggle to get.
