Trying to remember the name of a band I heard ages ago, think was mainly the brainchild of one guy, European or MAYBE French Canadian, pretty experimental, maybe sort of electronic/industrial sort of post punk, had an album in the 00s with a cover kinda like this. Does this ring a bell for anyone?
