Adjusted for inflation, a boomer in 1980 paying for college spent $3,000 on tuition. Twenty-five years ago it cost me $10,000 (thank god for scholarships) and I'm still paying off the balance. I don't even know for students now. Fuck student loans and fuck the "I Got Mine" boomer generation

Dunno if this'll help, but Brave lets you turn off pretty much everything on the new tab page with the gear icon in the corner like the cards, search bar, etc. I also personalize the "Top Sites" aka shortcuts and set them myself so they don't keep changing. Keeps it nice and minimal.

Yes! "Fresh eyes" is a good way of putting it. Trek doesn't need "fresh eyes" unless they're freshly focused on the Roddenberry ethos behind the show which is what made it different and unique in the first place
