Had an amazing interview with Shiokawa-san yesterday at PAX West about his new studio, Fahrenheit 213. It's been a few years since it was founded, and I was curious to know his journey after F/GO, the founding of it, & how his current projects are going. They currently have 3 employees.

Tokiwa Camellia THE curveball, and the one I want the most; She appeared only very briefly in the ending of CF, teasing potential future stories. A possibility of Tsubaki who wields an Izayoi who resembles the Susano'o Unit, and can travel between possibilities. Fully appeared in BBDW.

Homura Amanohokosaka The true imperator, before Izanami stole their place. Key character in the overall Ikaruga story, and major character in Bang's and Kagura's story. Mainly appeared in the background, and showed no fighting abilities in the main game, so very unlikely too.

Linhua Medical assistant of Litchi, mainly appeared in earlier games. While she displays no fighting abilities in the main game, in BBDW, she can fight with martial arts, due to a panda similar to Litchi's. Outside of that, she plays no major role in the story, so her chances are very low.

Kajun Faycott A spy of Sector Seven, & one of the main characters of the manga Remix Heart & Variable Heart. Though only appeared briefly in the main games, & mainly in side stories, she has become a very popular character, also thx to her verbal tic. In BBDW, she fights throwing vials w/ chemicals.

Trinity Glassfille Highest chances, since she appeared as an NPC since the first game, and the last of the Six Heroes who is not playable. One of the most important characters in the series, and while she is technically deceased, she can create physical bodies with her powers.

Info from the stream - Riku Ozawa, who has been part of ASW for over ten years, is the producer for this update - Development settled very recently, so no gameplay - The character is confirmed to have appeared in the main game story (IMO likely Kajun or Trinity)

I was able to check out Stupid Never Dies via a presentation by developer GPTrack50, a new studio led by former Capcom producer Hiroyuki Kobayashi. Seems real neat, but I saw it before news broke that NetEase Games is about to cut funding for Nagoshi Studio & GPTrack50 is in that same boat.

I got to review the second installment of Paranormasight & much of what I loved in Seven Mysteries of Honjo still applies to The Mermaid's Curse. The new ensemble is as amazing as the first game, perhaps even stronger in some ways. It's a bit less scary, but does make you think more! It's awesome.

I feared that RIOT expected numbers ala Valorant, which has a much, much bigger target audience. There was no way that 2XKO would reach that. I was hoping for that RIOT knew that already, but it doesn't seem to be the case. And I expect that monetization will get more aggresive too now.
