I was born in Wales. I went to Welsh schools. I speak Welsh fluently. I can sing all of 'Hen Wlad Fy Nhadau', I can bake Welsh cakes, I grow get daffodils in my garden, and I like watching rugby. My parents are both from England. Does that make me 'biologically' English?
