ACLU MN reported yesterday that the federal government filed sworn statements that there are 970 agents in Minnesota for Operation Metro Surge & that 407 agents will remain here in March. It’s important to note this is on top of the 190 agents that were already assigned before this surge started.

Three years ago, I was rejected by the lung transplant centers near me. Two years ago, #MayoClinic made an exception. I can’t remember the last time we got fancy and danced all night. Life is a gift and transplant is the gift of life.

Yesterday marked 8 months post double lung transplant. I’ve got new drugs for the migraines caused by anti-rejection meds, my tests indicate low risk for rejection and I (FINALLY) get to lower the amount of prednisone I take. And the sun is shining. And I am happy. Huge love to #mayoclinic
