I get that, and he was GREAT in that movie, but being older mabye I've seen more of his film but imho his BEST performance was in the 2010 remake of True Grit, and of course the movie that won him his only Oscar, Crazy Heart. Currently in Thailand in a town called Sam Roi Yot (Mountains of 300 Peaks), the Phraya Nakhon Cave is about 15 km from my apartment ;?) The hike in was a bit of a slog up and down some very steep and craggy stairs (24 hrs later my legs/knees are still sore lol), but well worth it!
