The $4.5 billion worth of Russian oil is barely more than the US burns every week! Takes the US about 8 1/2 days to burn 4.5+ million tons of diesel. So no, Virginia, it won't be lowering prices very much or for very long. Trump's just funding the mass murder of Ukrainians.
