Since court orders are all over the place, maybe it justifies all these “narcissism of small differences” in class by class policies too. They have to be able to do things differently and use — or not use — the tools with intentional calibration, in different contexts

30 year ago I attended 1L orientation at Akron Law as a #firstgen college graduate. Today I was on a faculty panel for 1L orientation at Akron Law. 30 years ago I felt like I didn’t belong. I felt the same today. Who knows, maybe there is a future law professor in this picture. Ya never know.
