This is the most damning image and they posted it themselves. The road in the bottom center is floating over another road. This isn't an artist error. I think the best case scenario read on this is that multiple artists lied about using it and the head of the studio took their word for it.

I think I hit the same wall as everybody else with Crimson Desert like four hours in. It’s not a real game. Everything is fake and frankly I think almost all of it is AI generated - especially the quests. There’s no design. It’s just stolen ideas from popular games with no thought behind anything.
