also worth noting that the poster commits the biggest sin of the entire thing, the featured frame of the poster does never appear in the movie. Just pure bullshit advertising to draw you in to a movie that knows it is not worth the time

108. Infirmary The dialogue is terrible, the characters are uninteresting, and the performances are laughable. The "scares" were paced terribly and completely underwhelming, unoriginal, and predictable. I felt absolutely nothing throughout this film besides my time being wasted.

If you think an artist's style looks like AI but you can scroll back through their portfolio and see them doing the same work before 2020, congrats, you're not looking at an AI grifter. You're looking at one of the original victims whose entire style AI stole.

I feel incredibly for the victim of his actions having her experience brought into the public consciousness without her consent and I hope she is in a safe place and healing.

I am surprised more people were not aware of the Jacob Geller stuff because it has been floating around for a while. Glad it has come to light again and more people are being made aware of his character

Still not over how beautiful the show was last night and it still does not feel real in many ways. One of the best British exports the wrestling industry have ever seen and such a surreal talent who I had the pride to follow on his long journey. His legacy will live on, and may he rest in peace 🖤

I now have a headache from crying but that show was simply beautiful. There will simply never be someone like him again.

It is still so surreal to me that we are getting a memorial tribute episode for someone we saw perform Saturday night. I truly think this will be one of the most emotional shows I will watch, for a talented individual who helped broaden my wrestling taste as I followed his career.

107. Perfect Blue (rewatch) It has been a while since I first watched it but the subject matter still rings true in today's heightened social media climate. The use of animation to escalate the unnerving nature of the movie, and its use of colour still look so beautiful to this day.

Curtman @curtman.bsky.social · 27/09/2026

106. The Hateful Eight (rewatch) Still my favourite Tarantino movie that uses the enclosed setting to all its advantages with some great dialogue and humor throughout. Not a single bad performance in this and it makes the long runtime just fly by

105. Ran (4K Rewatch) This 4K remaster solidifies my opinion that this is one of, if not the best implementation of colour in movie history. Akira Kurosawa crafts a fantastic story that is matched by incredible viisual storytelling and grand set pieces. One of his best works!

I think a lot of it is simply a guided displeasure of Sony's recent bullshit actions and this is an easy target because it is not a 10/10 game. Just seeing so much negativity around something that does not really deserve it for its quality is just weird but it is a reminder of the age we live in.

Curtman @curtman.bsky.social · 17/09/2026

Honeslty, the conversation around this game has been so negative and vitriolic that it is the first game in a long time that I simply do not want to communicate with people about it. If you enjoy parts of it you are a "shill" or if you dislike it you are just "part of the crowd"

Curtman @curtman.bsky.social · 17/09/2026

104. Marvel's Wolverine I enjoyed a lot of the parts of the game but some stuff do drag it down. It is nowhere near as bad as a lot of people have made it out to be. It is a solid game that does wear thin towards the end but some elements do shine.

The fact that everyone who is a part of Ed Sheeran's tour apart from himself are backing out in support of Palestine warms my heart. There is no "both sides" when it comes to genocide and there is no room for fence sitting when innocent people are dying.

I didn't need 10 shows from Ed. I needed 2. Two chances to stand in front of 90,000 people and say the words that somehow became too dangerous to
say.
Free Palestine.
But if those words cost me the stage, while turning the conversation back to Palestine, then it was the most successful tour I've ever been on.
