I wrote to the DFL with the accommodations request and was told there would for sure be GF food. The concessions people laughed at me when I asked what was available.

Text reads:
"Hello!

We want to confirm that we’ve received your accommodations request and are tracking what you’ll need for the convention.

We are currently confirming our food vendors and will send information about them to delegates shortly! We'll provide gluten-free food, but due to cross-contamination risks, we can't guarantee it will be entirely celiac safe. You are more than welcome to bring your own food to ensure safe and uncontaminated meals. Bags will be checked at security. We ask that you bring a smaller bag if possible (due to limited floor space), but please feel free to bring whatever food you need for your health and safety.

Please let us know if you have any questions or if there's anything we can do to ensure you have a great time at the convention!
