I don't necessarily mind complicating designs a little to have more texture, but even in real garments there's a reasonable limit to how fancy a piece of clothing is. I think the tunic underneath is a perfect addition made with reeds, but the vest and belt just look a little tacky...

I think there's some unix quote somewhere about how there is a general preference about having something do one thing REALLY well is far more preferable than one thing doing as much as possible, and the results are just mediocre on all fronts. definitely has a lot of things come to mind!

Y'know, given that sites like YouTube and Twitch are threatening to sell and/or utilize streamer content as AI training data, I'm curious how much work it is to stand up small scale infrastructure for streaming. Years ago for a hackathon I did something like it, could be a fun little project.

It actually happened. 602 in under 19 hours. This is by far the best speedrun I've ever done and one of my greatest achievements in general. I can't believe I actually pulled this off after being so demotivated this past year and only coming back 2 months ago.
