DFO has just finished 2 rounds of workforce adjustment (Jan 20 & June 23). I counted 9 people I know personally whose positions were cut (including me). All are #WomenInSTEM and/or #LGBTQInSTEM What do you think, is it part of a larger trend across DFO, or a reflection of the folks I school up with?
