We went to a cardiologist a day or so later and was hospitalized for a few days while they figured it all out but it’s all been relatively manageable since. Her cardiologist did call the attending ER doc and had some Things To Say.

Back in January I took my wife to the ER because her breathing was so labored she couldn’t sleep. They said she had anxiety. It was actually heart failure.

As the series progressed and Walt did increasingly awful things there was an increasing amount of cognitive dissonance among the worst of the fanbase. It got to be such A Thing that Gilligan got very direct in the last season as a means of refuting it. Which didn’t really work.
