We say that all the time and I agree that it could be called democratic socialism. Socialism by itself is an economic system that is used to convert the government over to communism, and everyone should know that by now.

That poster in some ways is also wrong because when Karl Marx devised socialism, he meant it as an economic system that a capitalist system uses as a stepping stone to communism. There basically is no other definition.

If I may, there are other ways of achieving what you want without creating moderation lists. Some way or another, the bad actors get a hold of those lists, use them to invade the accounts of others, and they use them in creating the damaging lists of their own.
