A bold new podcasting style.

Umineko Chapter 7's easily one of the best things I've experienced this year in terms of art but godDAMN that shit is fucking dour

Strife / Petra @csstrife.bsky.social · 06/10/2026

you can also REALLY tell that it affected his writing, the latter parts of Umineko are way more somber and deal way more with grief and melancholy as a central focus

194. Lanterns Season 1 8.5/10 Good Fucking Television Finale was mostly really fucking strong, got me a bit misty eyed. Kyle Chandler and Aaron Pierre are both fantastic in this. Very much hopeful for a season 2 to happen, hopefully with way more budget so they can actually do cool shit.

never seen a Guadagnino movie before, but im hoping that the fact that both Amazon and A24 passed on publishing this means that it will have some fierce bite to it

Really hope everything gets better for him and his family. As much as I wanna see this movie, it isn’t more important than any of the artists’ well being.

193. Sweet Home (1989), dir. Kiyoshi Kurosawa unscored can't really score this one, I wasn't focused enough to absorb anything bc it was just kinda boring? def did it a disservice by watching immediately after Pulse lol. Neat effects ig

i just looked up the term for it and started mass blocking, i only saw one artist i was following post it but i'd prefer to just preemptively make sure that I never accidentally follow an artist that engaged in this nazi shit

Imagining a guy who signed up for the CIA thinking he would do cool espionage shit only to be told to kickstart an art trend for terminally online people where they draw the nazi youth kid from Harry Potter as a smug anime girl and how hard he's trying not to blow his brains out at home
