I'm also 99% sure that's an AI image. The only similar downspouts I can find look nothing like that, and the fish's tail is so thin that it would get clogged almost immediately. Compare to these moderately famous "dolphin" ones from Savannah, Georgia and their tube-shaped bodies and tails.

I think it's great to have a wide array of accessibility features in a videogame. I also love achievement hunting. But I feel disabling achievements as soon as the player enables any accessibility options sends the message that if you're disabled, your successes are lesser than someone who is not.
