Chernaya Iskra (Black Spark) has released footage of an IED detonation in Novomoskovsk (Tula Oblast). A methanol tank was probably damaged in this operation. Previously, on 20 September, a separate IED attack damaged a railway track switch in Taganrog (Rostov Oblast).
