It’s been a while since I had a total fucking brain reset migraine but last weekends was a time portal. Just woke up and time had past. It’s so surreal when that happens. I’m groggy and sore and totally sapped of energy and it feels like the me going into it was a completely different person.

I'm not the audience for the Smith hearing, but the main political issue here is that Republicans want the world to know that Smith subpoenaed congressional phone records as he investigated Jan. 6 etc, and nobody outside the Senate can explain to you why that's bad.

The thing about my (very modest) investing is that I always imagine I'm 59.5 year old me with a time-machine sent back with a mission. I'm not buying for anything short-term, it's for at least the 2040s. Steady, regular, sustainable buying rather than trying to time any optimal market on-ramp.
