Parts of 30 Rock pilot is different than series would become but still sets things up well. And script differs than finished pilot!

Totally relate! Had so many close colleagues who moved or just moved jobs that I barely ever heard from again. (And so many colleagues at job I was laid off from who I barely hear from now.) It does suck to start over, the older we get.
