Because the illustrations are of people working out, you can usually find reference for a given muscle doing something specific (push, pull, lift, in a weird position) just by looking through all the images of different exercises.

This book is invaluable. It’s not an art anatomy book but it is written and illustrated by a bodybuilder who is also a classically trained artist who attended École des beaux-arts in Paris. The book has hundreds of plates with écorché drawings, all labelled by the author/illustrator.

It's unfortunate the original design plans for IMAX have since been lost, so new theatres can't be built. Plus no engineers around remember how they're supposed to be maintained, & the parts don't exist anymore. I have fond memories of the IMAX theatre at the Ontario Science Centre. 🥲

At this point it’s getting shoehorned into everything with integration it’s hard to say how secure it all is unless the data is specifically encrypted on both ends. I didn’t have Gemini turned on, but the setting was still set to record (albeit not saving any info). Buried in menus to turn it off. 🙄

Also, there is no native app like Google Docs or Google Spreadsheets for Proton that you can have on your phone. You have to work in a web browser if you’re doing that.

I bought a Proton account a few months ago, and have been migrating my stuff from Google to it. Works well enough, although because of the encryption and privacy it is slower to open files in it so you don’t watch videos in-browser as easily, for example. But at least it’s not spying on you. 😅
