That was nice. And then I came home and lit a couple of candles and meditated for a bit, seeking direction. When I finished I decided to make tea and do some ritual intention, and my brain said, “let’s read a poem.” Okay Brain. I pulled out this which has been hanging around a few years. 2/3

And sure maybe our distance and spread a population would make that prohibitively expensive. But if there were passenger trains, there are areas that would be served that aren’t currently, and airlines would have competition. It’s hard to have elasticity of demand when there’s no second choice.

This is the way. If we want to build resource/infrastructure projects in Canada that impact Indigenous territory, then it follows that those projects must only go forward under conditions of Indigenous partnership and investiture. Indigenous sovereignty isn't an obstacle to growth, it's the path.
