I live in a red state and it's by far one of the most oppressive places to live in the US. The state prison is a former plantation and the governor is actively trying to destroy the largest city in the state. We have horrible rulers but not everyone is a "monster", you fascist moron.

Latinos aren't a monolith. Cubans tend to be more conservative because they often benefit from being white passing and are even more indoctrinated with anti-communism than white conservatives. You can't just paint an entire continent and a half with these broad strokes.

I've been saying for years that universities and colleges should ban all official fraternities, sororities, secret societies, houses, etc and I'm not the only one and it is frustrating that it's discussed every time something like this happens but nothing is done about it
