Lately a lot of AI "discourse" has been going around in the Pokemon romhacking community. For a bit, things seemed to be on the right track, but it was instantly backpedaled which really disappointed me. Anyways Too Many Productions has never, and will never use AI for our projects. I hate AI.

GenerativeAI is not inevitable. It's not part of the workflow - it's a conscious choice. A placeholder image doesn't need to be fully rendered - it needs to be a magenta square or stick figure that stands out to be replaced in the final release (hence the fucking PLACEHOLDER).
