At the end of the month we distribute everything in the checking account over 50k. Savings stays at 100k. So at a given time we have 130-180k in cash. Our hard expenses are ~30k/mo. To not ramp down contractors quickly, call it 40k. Usually 40-70k in invoices. So 3-6 months cash + 1-2 invoiced
