Most of my discomfort and insecurities lately have been felt after speaking up. It’s a paralyzing feeling when you use your voice to speak against those in power knowing it might come with criticism or consequences. This fear and anxiety is how they keep us quiet. It’s time to feel uncomfortable.

So I kind of went viral on IG/Threads for speaking against EM. I’m afraid to go back there because of the amount of hate I’m getting from space people. I just want to make sure this is a safe place… We all found that gesture unacceptable right?? Like it was what we thought it was right?

I just really want girl friends to plan trips with to go see rocket launches &chase the Milky Way. I want to plan fun space themed trips with other women looking for community & who are tired of going to events & museums alone. I love solo traveling but I want to make connections under the night sky

IMO I don’t mind satellites. They remind me of the ways space tech benefits life on earth. Some of those satellites are saving lives with climate monitoring & some are giving communities the ability to communicate with each other. Light pollution is the real problem.

I’m still obsessing over the wormhole scene in #Interstellar. Seeing it in IMAX just hit differently. Also reminded me of the long exposure Star trails astronaut Don Pettit has been getting from the ISS…I’m obsessed. 🤩

I’m so jealous of those who have never seen Interstellar & are watching it for the first time in IMAX. I saw it in 2014 by myself at a small theater in Buffalo NY after my car broke down there while I was driving across the country. I was at such a low point & this film changed everything for me

Just letting you know that Fly Me To The Moon is on Apple+. As a space marketer I can’t recommend this film enough. It’s fun and silly but also gives a great perspective on the marketing side of space travel. I felt like I could be in the room writing this film. Also they actually filmed it at KSC!

As someone whose job is to post online and create content, this has been my biggest stressor. I post and make content consistently for others but it’s so hard to do it for myself. The more I don’t post the more anxiety I get about posting. I envy/admire those that can post consistently so much
