Happy birthday to Hank Ilesic, born on this day in 1959 in Edmonton! In his CFL Hall of Fame career, he won seven Grey Cups (5 with Edmonton, 2 with Toronto). He was also a two-time All-Star. He played 19 CFL seasons and is the third all-time leading punter with 91,753 yards.

Today we had the Celebration of Life for my Father-in-law who passed away the end of March. This was one of his fave things, and though it’s the wrong shade of green, it’s a reminder of a bond we shared in our love for CFL football. So I brought it home.
