As a math major, I feel the need to say something math-y: Complex numbers can be played with in terms of rotations across the complex plane! The form a+bi, which has coordinates (a,b), can be flipped CCW by multiplying by i, so i(a+bi) = ia + bi² = -b + ai, which gives us (-b,a)! #math
