Increasingly, I have seen folks who released music through GameChops distance themselves from the label and express a desire to re-distro outside of it. But there's a cost involved in that which many musicians may not be able to cover. So, fuck it, let me put my money where my mouth is.

I see a lot of things from the NES, and SNES eras being listed but for a more modern one, I never got into The Witcher series at all. I tried playing The Witcher 3 but immediately the movement didn't jive with me so I put it down after about a half hour and never picked it up again.

I agree. I never call myself a collector because I fully intend to play every game or system I get instead of just shelving them. It's nice to get things complete in box but even if all I get is the disc or cartridge and it plays, I'm happy.

Applied for a new position in my company. My current role has become mundane with no challenge and the new position would be more challenging with a significant pay increase. Honestly I give myself about a 50/50 shot of getting but we'll see.

Sure! Not arguing that point. For me I just don't get satisfaction from overcoming that type of friction. Like I think Metaphor is a great game but not for me. I enjoyed the combat but was concerned about using in game days "wrong" which for me to even think that made me realize it wasn't for me.

I have a rough time with them personally. Having a time limit in games really stresses me out. Like in a platformer or whatever sure no issues, but when the game is like "You have a limited amount of time and how you spend that time will have huge implications" it give me decision paralysis.

If it wasn't for the fact that I traded a friend my GBA for his PS1 for a summer I wouldn't have ever gotten into console gaming. I went all out after graduating high-school and moving out. I bought a PS3 with Oblivion, Call of Duty MW2, and Borderlands after a few months on my own.
