Unfortunately I need my phone to take the reference pictures. Ideally I'd like something where I can create the shadow without the object being too close to the minis so I can photo different angles.

Her skintone came from a happy accident when a blob of ProAcryl Dark Hot Pink flowed into some SoFlat Yellow Green on my wet palette overnight. Based her skin with the pink and worked in more and more yellow green to the mix as I layered up.

Shout out to Rosemary&Co! I love their brushes for minipainting but love their customer service even more. They don't ship to the US for reasons, so when I visit the UK I will place an order to be delivered to a hotel. They are so good about coordinating delivery dates to make sure I get my brushes.
