Very curious to see which elements of Dreams are touched upon here. "UI" on Dreams meant so many different things, extending far beyond what my understanding of a game UI was. It had to be a game, a media platform, a multimedia creative suite and a social network, all crammed onto a PS4.

The Dreamcast had so many great games and was a technical marvel for it's time Skies of Arcadia, shenmue, sonic adventure, jet set radio, phantasy star online It wasn't around long, but it released so many downright iconic games

I played the star fox demo and came away feeling how a lot of Nintendo output lately (since about Mario Odyssey in retrospect) has lacked feeling. all the ui and brand wrappers seem so sanitary and uptight to me. Splatoon is the only Nintendo franchise with any sauce imo.
