@l0rinda.bsky.social Sending a quick thanks for hosting at Blizzcon! It was fun watching worlds in person this year and you did a great job. (I also didn't realize how many people work to make the show happen!)

6. In Ars Poetica, written around 19 BCE, Horace praises Homer for beginning his epics in the middle of the action rather than at the beginning. Horace used what 3-word Latin phrase, now a common literary term, for starting in the middle of things? ANYWAY, SO BASICALLY #LL109 #bestwronganswers

@sidisi.bsky.social When playing companion hunter, I was looking for more stats to deal with early boards, so I added a basic dragon package. I like this version better myself, but it could maybe still be refined. AAECAd2KBwKdoATkxAcOqZ8E94MH4okHhL0H878H9b8HtcAHu8AH3sQH4MQH48QH+cQHh8YHof0HAAA=

@sidisi.bsky.social Miniset thoughts on rotation (meta dependent) I see potential for Triennium Rex if other themes are pushed (like deathrattle or recruit), or if untimely death is more popular. And synchronized spark may see play in spell hunter style decks (ones that want to run few minions)

Contig @contig.bsky.social · 12/01/2026

@sidisi.bsky.social I feel like Discover Hunter is not only a success story as a new deck archetype, but also as a deck with various pieces. Cards like Naielle and Niri might be important to the deck, but are still not essential in the way Sif or Owlonius are.

@sidisi.bsky.social One thing I haven't figured out yet is Niri + Untimely Death. This could be a way to stick Niri, but if I'm running lots of 1 cost cards, I just want to play no hand hunter instead. If I try to add it into a deck with a higher curve, it's not consistent enough/ worth it

@sidisi.bsky.social Here's a weird handbuff deck that I have been experimenting with. No guarantee it's good but I didn't want to immediately delete it after playing it, and I've enjoyed playing it. I'm sharing it in case you're looking for something new, but feel free to ignore if not interested.

@sidisi.bsky.social I'm glad you're enjoying Quest Hunter! Are there any cards you'd like to see in future sets to support the deck type?

Contig @contig.bsky.social · 05/09/2025

@sidisi.bsky.social Here is my current quest deck with a beasts top end. May not stand up to Warrior or DK control but is respectable when I play it. No trick with the higher cost beasts -- I play them on curve (hopefully after being buffed with dinomancy)
