Update on missing Violet Hold cards: Legendary: 13 Epic: 6 (coming to the conclusion that organically collecting the set via freebies won't get you near complete - even with Tavern Pass)

This deck feels so clean when I avoid Warriors in 11 games 😂

8-3 record, lost to a Quest Hunter running Dinomancy, a punchy Shaman & a DH w the nuts

What about a midrange Mech build? Maybe we need a couple more cheap Mechs but the options aren't super enticing.. Late game punch with Ursol/Reload or Bombardment! #sidblackempiredecks

Mimiron and friends. Clockwork Boars with Overdrive do some work! Vaultkeepers to buff mechs popping out of Mechacycles!

Let's kick off the Black Empire Theorycrafting! I'll start w what i'm most excited about: N'Zoth Mechrattles! This build is a bit slower but packs a lot of value. We have a lot of options to shift the focus w this card pool. What would you change? #sidblackempiredecks

Mech deathrattle deck with Mimiron, lots of cheap mechs & key deathrattle cards to discount Nzoth

Legend number 20 for my son (September w Dragon Warrior! Played many decks on this climb, spending weeks at D5 w Rafaam Warlock, Dragon Hunter etc. Warrior started clicking for him & he was able to get a zany winstreak last few days ending at 28-22 (56%) overall. #sidsmini

Mech Hunter… but CONTROL?! Black Empire is taking Hunter in a direction nobody expected! Could this new strategy actually work in the Standard meta? #Hearthstone #BlackEmpire #Hunter youtu.be/AB5I8NUv3Rc?...

New Hunter set for Black Empire is here! Hunter got our own Zephrys in the new Mimiron!!! Can't overstate how cool that is 🤩 Let's break down the new cards in the thread below.. ⏬⏬🧵🧵

Beasts in the Druid set make Shokk & Companion pools worse, but those aren't really decks anyway I guess 😅 Power Tiger seems pretty sweet 👀🐅

4 matches vs Priest in a row with similar looking boards. Anyone ever feel like their entire day is just 1 damage off lethal? 😅

Wow I completely missed that Hunter had a card reveal today! 😅 Primal Rockfang: great if we stick some sort of key DR like Ankylodon or Mountain Bear. Maybe an Egg? Snoot Hoarder? Need to see some more cards 🤔

It was ironic to lose to the Haunt aura bug yesterday 😒🤓 (be careful not to waste Earthen Roar on Haunted minions unless you are trying to clear them at 4HP)

Specter Specialist on board for the Quest Priest- it has Haunt cast on it. Sid casts Earthen Roar which makes it have 1 health then reapplies the +3 health from Taunt as an aura effect in error.

September Legend w my Dragon Tripwire build! Punched in post Triumph ban today thanks to dodging Warriors & DKs (worst matchups). Deck is fun but probably not a meta player. 61% winrate thru 62 games on deck tracker this month. #SidsLegend #hearthstone #Sidvioletholddecks

Legend hexagon 2016. Brown raptor King Krush waves in admiration. My friend Bri says "sweet" over chat- thanks for the well wishes!

61% winrate stats on HS deck tracker. Warrior by far the worst matchup with a 3-10 record. DK is second worst at 2-5. Mage, Rogue, Warlock all seem favored.

Sidisi @sidisi.bsky.social · 16/09/2026

Sylvanas's Triumph is now banned! Card was bugged: first instance casts the AOE effect like the second casting. Really unfortunate timing for a key card with Hunter already limping along sub 45% winrate. Hopefully the bug can be fixed soon so this can be unbanned 🤞

So Hunter is w the Titans in Black Empire. Has there ever been a set when Hunter was aligned w the bad guys? Does Zerg count? Often it feels like the bad guys get the cooler, more built out new stuff to do. Deathwing/Herald, Dark Gifts, Excavate, Galakrond etc

Dragon Tripwires seem to be our best deck! @trimutius.bsky.social did well with this heavier Dragon version. Need a lot of stats on board vs Warriors! I'm trying one without the Ebyssian/Whelps Infinite... results pending. Well done!! #hs_hun

Guess which game I won 🧐

Sid at 20, has 2 Slitherdrakes, a Snoot Hoarder & a Broodmother on board. Druid opponent at 15 life, Staff of Trickery equipped and 7 available mana. No minions on board... yet

Warrior opponent at 24 life with 2 Warptooths, 3 other minions. Sid at 15 life with a Dragon Tripwire hand that has 2 Sylvanas' Triumphs on 4 mana.

Back to back patches removing entire Hunter decks from the meta. Big nerf to Quest: Agamaggan buffed out of the Food Chain reward pool & replaced w Seismopod and Dread Leviathan. Design issues led to this ⏩
