When I see "kid's" TV shows or movies where the main character is bullied at school and/or at home, it triggers a PTSD-like response in me. I have to leave the room when my grandchildren watch these "wimpy kid" shows. And it's a prevalent theme in holiday movies. Is it just me?

Right? I used to watch cop shows like "Dragnet" and "Adam-12" as a kid, but now I hate the whole genre. FBI, NCIS, can't watch them. (I will still watch CSI and CSI Vegas, because they're mostly about the science)
