I just had a visitor! I looked him up and it turns out that these insects were once only found at Box Hill in Surrey (all Jane Austen fans will immediately think of Emma) but have now, apparently, spread north of Lincoln. I don't get many visitors 😊 #weebeastie #truebug #insects #glimmers

I really like this, as someone who sometimes consumes baby food pouches because they're easier to digest, have no prep & trigger no sensory issues. My son uses them too because of the latter two. Don't shame people for their choices. Fruit & veg are fruit & veg! #MEsucks #nutrition #stopjudging

Perhaps encouraging them to use the library would help? My kids never bought books at school book fairs, but we made good use of the library and second-hand books from charity shops. Book fairs are a rip-off anyway.

Your comparison with cancer is spot on. This has been happening to people with ME & fibromyalgia for 40 years. Low mood is a rational response to being trapped in a body that doesn’t work properly & leaves you exhausted all the time. Anxiety about doing something that might cause a crash is rational
