This happened a while ago, but I hadn’t felt like posting about it until today. At the time, I was a bit traumatised and embarrassed, but realistically this is less hate than many non-white and non-cisgender queer people regularly face. It’s a reminder to not be complacent. #IDAHOBIT #QUEER #LGBTQ

Yes!! One day I would love to come to Wales, or if anyone wants to hire me. Usually doing nearby corporate events funds me to do these free events. So if you know of any corporates that want a nature walk for their staff, pass on my details!

Hello pals, I am going on a UK #QueerEcology tour this #LGBTQ+ #pride month. All the walks are free. If you know of any journalists who may like to join and write about my work, please pass them my way. To date, the only press about my work has been hate from the telegraph. connorbutler.co.uk/tour/

We had a wonderful time yesterday at Exploring Queerness in Natural History. We're writing up it up to share in a future blog post, but for now here are some pictures of our fantastic curators @aquadan1.bsky.social and Connor Butler, the lunchtime zine-making, and our afternoon panellists.

Dani and Connor presenting at the Linnean Society, they are both smiling. In the backround is a historic chair and portrait of Carl Linnaeus.
