@rantyhighwayman.bsky.social Would traffic lights be installed on a crossroads these days with zero provision for those walking or wheeling? We want an all-red phase incorporated into a legacy set of lights as there is never a safe moment to cross. Feasible? Anything to support this?

Two CST members were declared Unsung Heroes at the Mayor’s Civic Award event. For working to remove many barriers blocking access for disabled people. Equal access helps pedestrians, wheelers and people on cycles (incl trikes, tandems and cargo bikes) travel sustainably. Tx for the recognition.
