Most recent drawing of character vs how I’ve drawn her throughout the years . I was going for a touchup that would give her more of a flower vibe

Lot of things I like about Mission Hill but Andy being a standard cartoon protag frat doucche type but also simultaneously being an art nerd is always endearing to me

I hate it when I see a thing and realize it’s math that’s helped make the world better. by the power of math people are revolutionizing toy making by 3d printing their own toys . All that stuff required math to get made . Math was always worst subject (dyscalculia) so it’s like damn foiled again!!!

It took me getting the worst but most consistent stable job I’ve had to realize that life is too short to worry about consistent art styles and that if I want I can start to experiment dozens of times of how I draw my characters if I want

The precures have their own bullshit catchphrase they’ll say like Tropica-shine!!!🩵💛💙🩷💜💚 and I’m like ok. Now that’s in my lexicon but I have absolutely nowhere to use it even if I really want to

I don’t really mind when characters make bad choices in horror, it depends on the scenario and how egregious it is on how you can enjoy the whole thing but like. That’s the basis for cautionary tales to begin with lol. Bad things happen when you make mistakes sometimes

000

Cordy @confectionscary.bsky.social · 12/09/2026

you’re afraid of people and unknown forces hurting you and you learn that’s not only true but also you need to learn a bunch of rules of the world you weren’t privy to before that only deepens the uncertainty of who is friend or is out to kill you

There’s magic you can control aided by visualizing your magic in your mind but you can’t let it make you think all your thoughts can be real. frequent Intrusive thought havers with magic having issues with that especially .

Something I’d like to explore in my work one day would be like what it’s like to have delusions and hallucinations in a world that is actually supernatural in nature and the difficulty distinguishing what’s real from it
