形の空間(Space of Shapes) Here, all kinds of shapes come into being and fade away, over and over again. And yet, among all these countless shapes, I still can’t find the one that fits me perfectly #NECOINU

"If only you were here to grab my hand and show me how to finish the world you designed, then perhaps it wouldn't hurt so much to gaze upon it." This GORGEOUS illustration of Proto was made by @yamainuken.bsky.social, words cannot describe how much I adore it. 🥺💜 Please look at it,,,

Proto / ZILNULL sitting on top of a blue husk of an orb, holding a crystal core with their hands. In the background, there is a wall with arcs separating them from the rest of the universe... A distant star shines above some buildings and planets.

【Special】FORWARD There is light at the end of tunnel. Wondering slowly towards the radiance, let your eyes find the hidden wonders in the dark. Concepts, feelings, and go beyond. So honored to have a great exploration with @necoinuken.bsky.social ❤️（including the nice words👏）

People often tell me that my work isn't mainstream because it’s too experimental and too dark. Even so, having people who embrace my style and being able to express my raw emotions through it is what matters most to me. I am forever grateful to everyone who continues to support and watch over me🙏

Here are some of my recent drawings. There’s Alnair (another OC) in addition to Necoinu, but I thought this account was the best place to post them since they fit the style.

Text: A blue-spined hedgehog in the bottom left corner. It is described as a guide that shows the correct path.

Text: Next to an illustration of an ammonite, it says "Fly! Ammonite".
Near Alnair’s head on the bottom right, the text reads, "There's just no way out of this".
Beside the mackerel on the right, it says, "It’s me!"

Text: Top left: "Annoying headaches are such a bother".
Top center: "I don’t know or care about being a man or a woman. Al is just Al".
Bottom center: "More than anything, Al just wants to fade away".
Top right: "Faint hope".

I started with the concept on the left, but then decided to create a contrast between the outside and inside. The theme is a question to myself: "Even if things look happy on the surface, is it truly real?" #NECOINU

There’s actually a little inspiration behind Necoinu’s eyes: the eyes of a whale.

They likely exist in similar timelines, as both dwell on the thin line between life and death.

You can judge how dangerous a Necoinu is by its color. Black is neutral, but if you see a Red one, stay alert.

Necoinu is based on the 'Okuri-inu.' It’s a protector that keeps you safe while you walk, but a predator that devours you the moment you fall. Its existence is defined by this extreme duality. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Okuri-inu

Necoinu sizes actually vary a lot. A winter-coat Necoinu is roughly the size of a small dog! #NECOINU #alnair_oc_ym
