The constant manipulation of the Bible to justify vile behavior (like marital rape and child molestation in this instance) is often written off in WA because "we're not Idaho". But this has permeated everywhere. Growing up in Idaho and in this ideology its even more horrifying then I can convey.

This thread really exemplifies some internal conflict I've been having. An AI company (whose co-founder's wife has ties to Epstein) is claiming that in the next 3 years there is a 10% chance AI will kill us all. But AI is killing people now, and their creators are not being held accountable.

We are safe from the Upriver fire! Winds changed, firefighters rock (still shouldn't pay sub-min wages to incarcerated people), and we were able to return to our home. The pets are happy to be home. I called my poor insurance agent, Allan for my yearly check in if we still have fire insurance.

The Seattle Social Housing Public Development Authority was established three years ago. In that time, it has created zero homes. It has created no development pipeline. It has, however, spent and obligated millions of dollars to hire and fire a CEO who never lived in Washington state, pay questionable consultants and embark on a hiring spree.
