Made some small changes to my banner. #gamedev (it's October so I get three new posts against my archnemesis)

This is an image of a lighting test I did with my own material based lighting system on one of my stylized main characters in Unreal Engine 5. It's a 16 year old korean girl with a short bob haircut. She's in the picture three times cause I'm testing some settings, from left to right: One has regular normals, one has messed up ones and one head shows her screaming. Your mostly only seeing her 3 heads in the picture and a bit of the room she's standing in which is a light teal color with purple shadows.

I wrote some stuff on top of the image.
Next to her head on the left it says: Only acceptable AI is my NPC AI.
And on the right to her head it says Fuck AI.

Someone was talking about PAC being stoic at meet & greets on Twitter, so it reminded me of this anecdote.

Small child in red flannel and blue jeans standing next to PAC with long hair, wearing black AEW hoodie and shorts. Both are wearing facemasks.

Nolie met PAC at a Dynamite, when AEW was still doing preshow meet and greets.

They both looked each other up and down. Then PAC stoically says “How is your day, little child?”.

When it was picture time, he plainly said “Stand with me in battle” to Nolie.

fun fact: one of the things that made me decide "no, I will get an actual diagnosis", rather than just assuming, was the subtitle of a thread about ADHD on the SomethingAwful forums because it hit so hard it hurt it was along the lines of "if you were lazy, you would be having fun"

As I'm back in engine I now have to face the horrors of never leaving orthographic view when modelling characters. Fear not the fisheye though. I'm currently reworking (still wip) Makena to look closer to her orthtographic design at around 50mm focal length and I thought I'd share #gamedev #blender
