Joe Sinnott and Mike Royer (deservedly!) get mountains of praise for their inking of Jack Kirby, but two top-tier Kirby inkers who don't get the recognition they deserve are Chic Stone and Frank Giacoia. Each one brought out the best in Kirby's pencils.

I'll meet the one and only Chris Claremont at Comic c Con this week, so today I'm going to re-read GOD LOVES, MAN KILLS. I'll try to have this edition signed by the man as well

I've got to read an early copy of ABSOLUTE BATMAN #3 Really unexpected bits of humor here that really got me ROLLING. Bruce and Alfred dynamic together is hilarious. This one also really moves the plot forward, developing what Ark M is, Black Mask, Party animals, etc Out on Dec 18, don't miss it!!

Okay. This is the dumb joke I over-committed to. Feel free to give it more credit than it deserves.

Comic about a zombie biting a man only to discover he was cake.

In my opinion, the best way to write Superman: Make him an inspiration to others while still showing his internal moments of self doubt

Sometimes I wonder how do people from Metropolis know too much about Superman, Krypton, his weaknesses, etc This is from before Action Comics #500 btw It's kinda weird, why would he reveal such things lol

I've grown to simply not care about comic book adaptations anymore. If it's good, awesome, but I can feel barely anything when something new from adaptations comes up. My love goes strictly to the comic book medium and that's it Still curious about the DCU tho

At the end of 7th grade, I decided to do a deep dive into those oddball Marvel Comics my friends at school were raving about. Here are some of the first comics I read, every one of which exploded my young brain. I underwent a kind of religious conversion to Marvel.

Happy 16th Anniversary to BATMAN: THE BRAVE AND THE BOLD. I wrote eight episodes of the show and it remains one of my all-time favorite animation gigs, thanks in no small part to producers James Tucker and Michael Jelenic, who were a genuine delight to work with.

Maybe Snyder is up to bring a very good take on the "Villains in Gotham are a response to Batman" since now 3 of his main villains are his childhood friends? Or maybe they just don't turn to villains at all and I'm just yapping. Very curious tho
